Return policy

Eligibility

You must submit the return request within 14 days of your package being delivered. Returns requested after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. We will process all returns and refunds within 3 business days once we receive the returned item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags (not removed), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Final Sale items, freebies, and gift cards.

Swimwear (a kind of intimate wear) cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons, unless the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Final Sale products and accessories are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Exchanges

Please note that only one exchange is allowed, so kindly confirm your choice before returning.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.

Please ensure that you update the tracking number and logistics carrier in the Returns Center or provide it via email as soon as you ship your return.

Due to our limited on-site team, we will strive to process all returns and refunds within 3 business days, though there may be occasional delays. If it has been longer than two weeks since you returned the item, please contact us at [email protected].

Additional Notes

If you decide that you no longer want the item or selected the wrong item, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Please double-check product information, especially the size chart, before making a purchase.

Please note that shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or faulty upon delivery, or the package was lost or damaged.

Do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will delay processing. Our after-sales warehouses are located in the United States and Hong Kong, and we are working to establish more return locations in other countries.

TheTorridStore has not authorized any third-party sellers. Purchases made through third parties are not covered under our return policy or warranty.
